-Track physical progress on site on a daily basis;
-Ensure that the general Contractor uses and submits the quality control checklists;
-Check General Contractors’ compliance with EHS requirements on Site, identify problems, report to the Phase Manager and Safety Manager;
-Make spot checks on site for quality control purposes;
-Record start and finish dates of the activities;
-Give toolbox talks where necessary;
-Support the Design Manager on Site;
-Assist the Phase Manager in all matters;
-Support the Design Manager on Site in MEP-related design issues;
-Assist the Snr MEP Manager in all matters;
-University degree or relevant education
-Experience in the field of construction management
-Good knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
-PC literacy
-Flexibility and dynamic approach
-Leadership skills
-Previous working experience in an international business is a plus
