Metro Campaign Management (MCM) is the application of the Metro Group that supports Marketing departments. Worldwide, 24 Metro countries rely on MCM to plan, design and execute customers campaigns, based on customer information included in the Metro Data Warehouse. To the strengthening of our team, we are looking for Second Level Support colleague in the CRM surroundings.
The main focus lies in:
•Analyzing and solving tickets sent by the First Level Support.
•Working in close collaboration with colleagues and customers in order to achieve the highest standard in service delivery to the customer.
•Providing support in accordance with priority, impact and SLAs.
Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Experience with Teradata or Oracle will be a plus
Good Analytical skills
Good Communication skills
Work experience with a ticketing system
Knowledge of CRM concepts will be a plus Good command of English
