RESPONSABILITATI

-Protect EA intellectual property and be responsible for the security of it's distribution within the facility.
-Liaise with EA IT Security, IP Security, Physical Security and Mastering teams to respond to and manage security incidents related to EA IP.
-Ensure compliance by management and staff with EA IP Security and mastering policies related to the security of EA Intellectual property.
-Report to Global Mastering, Security and other teams on a regular basis to ensure EA has accurate and up-to-date security risk information.
-Co-Ordinate with Local Facilities, HR, QA and IT management to develop practices and respond to incidents.
-Communicate Mastering and IP Protection policies, procedures, and plans to QA staff and management within the facility.
-Respond to alleged violations of regulations and company policies in a manner appropriate to legal requirements and in conjunction with EA International Security team.
-Prepare and deliver – or administer deliverance of – compliance training and awareness to all staff members, contractors, interns, and consultants.
-Prioritize and create media for a variety of departments in a timely manner.
-Communicate effectively between other EA Mastering Labs to maintain good working relationships.
-Test and verify encryption for PC titles to ensure proper application.
-Interact and provide guidance to internal and external game development teams.
-Troubleshoot and diagnose difficulties encountered when retrieving and rebuilding game data.
-Insure that all media created follows current WW mastering Tracking protocols
-Perform other related tasks as necessary.


CERINTE

-Ideally University educated, with a degree in the field of law, computer science, business administration or relevant subject matter.
-The highest degree of integrity and independence.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong diplomacy skills.
-Knowledge of technology environments, including information security, encryption methods, and privacy-based solutions.
-Knowledge of PC hardware and Operating Systems (Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP).
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word).
-Understanding and ability to communicate the importance of documented procedures and processes
-Ability to work shifts, after hours and weekends as required.
-Experience with CD-R/DVD-R/DLD-R/Blu-ray hardware and software.
-Familiarity with video game platforms and their different media types.
-General knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
-An Understanding of why our intellectual property must be protected
-Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
-Management abilities.
-(Preferable) Familiarity with Networking and Security Technologies
-Experience with CD-R/DVD-R/DLD-R/Blu-ray hardware and software.
-Familiarity with video game platforms and their different media types.
