On behalf of our client, well-known multinational company we are looking for motivated applicants for the Mass Retail Channel Manager Assistant position.
The job holder will have the following responsibilities:
Maintaining daily basis communication with key client's contacts
Handling orders, in cooperation with logistic department
Updating and maintaining clients'; portfolios
Problem shooting reporting and solving in cooperation with the merchandiser and with the Logistic Officer
Maintaining evidence of invoices and of Purchase Orders
Preparing the needed materials and handling order of promotional materials and of POS materials
The job holder will have the following responsibilities:
Assisting the MRC Mng. in developing and implementing the promotions
Centralizing different reports
Act as a link between logistics, merchandisers and MRC Mng
University graduate
Good command of English
PC skills - MS Office
Experience in working with IKA would be an advantage
Able to travel 30% of the time
Very well organized, excellent communication skills, customer oriented, problem solving attitude, able to work under pressure, multitasking, attention to details
