- Interview customers, write customer case studies and coordinate their approval
- Write press releases
- Write external communications including award submissions and promotion of web seminars, field events, etc.
- Write or edit white papers
- Assist subject matter experts in writing of byline articles
- Edit content written by others to ensure clarity and consistency of corporate communications
- Coordinate review and approval of writing work
- Occasionally coordinate media interview logistics and facilitate media opportunities (e.g., editorial calendars, etc.)
- Support other marketing activities and related projects
- Undergraduate degree/diploma in Journalism or English, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of writing experience, preferably in the software industry
Skills Required:
- Excellent English writing skills with high attention to detail
- Interviewing skills
- Can work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS-Word
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish is desirable but not required
