Job scope:
The trainee will be given the opportunity to learn key processes in Marketing Department, to gradually work autonomously on various projects (ranging from Budget Control maintenance to eventually Copy Development) on his/her brand.

Job responsibilities:
1. Promotions: in close cooperation with the financial analysts, Trade Marketing, Purchasing and the BTL/advertising agencies, develop, recommend and execute all promotions on his/her brand (price promotions, sampling, raffles, premium packs, overfills, etc). Assess the impact of those promotions (financial, trial generation, penetration increase, consumption effect, equity build) and recommend
follow-up action.
2. Launch & re-launches: in close cooperation with the responsible departments, coordinate all
related activities (product & concept research, tests, communication, packaging, media, consumer promotion, distribution plan, POSM, trade promotion, financial assessment, etc); recommend the final plan; assess the outcome and submit a follow-up recommendation.
3. Research: assist in performing and analyzing consumer research, both quantitative and qualitative; by searching worldwide best practices within the DANONE group.
4. New product initiatives: assist in identifying and exploiting new product initiatives. This will be done by analyzing market and consumer research data; by searching and re-deploying or adapting successful initiatives worldwide; by qualifying new products, concepts and packages; by developing new advertising; by assessing the financial impact of such initiatives.
5. Budget Control of his/her brands


CERINTE

Education:
University degree, preferably in economics or business administration

Experience:
No experience required; business exposure at internship level, ideally in a multinational FMCG company is a plus.

Competencies:
- Self-driven, able to operate effectively in the context of a high pace working environment, with significant autonomy.
- A learner, willing to invest time and effort in further building his/her proficiency.
- Business oriented, yet able to follow the discipline of correct process and methods in face of day-to-day urgencies.
- Highly effective in working with others, both inside and outside the organization.
Travel requirements: 5%, most within Romania, for Sales Conferences and market visits

PC skills:
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Languages:
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
