RESPONSABILITATI

- Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for departments and bank's products;
- Participate in the development of the media plan, by planning and overseesing the department's advertising and promotion activities (print, electronic, direct mail oulets);
- Maintaining the relation with production agencies on ongoing campaigns;
- Participating in the creation of the design, layout, printing, and distribution of products brochures;
- Evaluates the market reactions to advertising programs;
- Conduct market research in the form of surveys, focus groups, and market meetings for the development of marketing strategies;
- Prepares marketing activity reports;
- Participates in organization of the events and exhibitions;
- Contributing to long-term marketing plans and strategies.


CERINTE

- 2+ years advertising experience preferred;
- Professional experience with individuals banking products is an asset;
- Bachelor's degree (diploma in Marketing will be an asset);
- English language - advanced;
- Graphic design skills a plus;
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, build ongoing relationships with the agencies, and create solutions;
- Proficient and proven ability in developing campaigns; team member, pro-active, prolific, must work to deadlines while being able to multi task different projects and duties;
