RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, a lider of the Romanian services market, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist - Benchmarking and Client Value Analisys whose key responsibilities include:
- Defining Client Value to ensure meeting customer requirements.
- Providing competitive levels of customer satisfaction by market segments. Conducting and performing all types of Benchmarking: internal, competitive, functional, generic. International Benchmarking studies. Elements for identifying strengths and opportunities.
- Ensuring permanent link between Business Strategy and Benchmarking.
- Developing, implementing and facilitating the annual Benchmarking Actions Plan.
- Determining the best competitor or functional filed leader (public data bases, professional associations, other sources).
- Determining the Current Competitive Gap and analyze practice opportunities and performance metrics. Determining data collection methods.
- Recognizing Benchmarking practices.
- Projecting future performance levels and establish functional goals.
- Working in groups to arrange data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Developing Functional Action Plans for the changes necessary to achieve Benchmark findings.
- Implementing specific actions and monitor progress toward Benchmarking metrics - plan for learning workshops.
- Compiling and distributing draft report on Best Practices, gains approval, and distributes final reports.
- Performing with the rest of the team other tasks related to the Marketing Department: market trends analysis, statistical variations analysis, trend forecast for every product market segments, Marketing Plan, KPI for Marketing Process, etc.


CERINTE

- Bachelor and Master degree in Marketing, Business or Communication required.
- At least 3 years experience in benchmarking and client value analysis or similar.
- Knowledge of the 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Balanced Scorecard, Activity Based Management would be a big advantage.
- Very good knowledge of English. Any other language is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to details. Organized.
- Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well at all levels in the organization or outdoors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commitment, outstanding work ethic and high energy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
