- University degree
- Minimum 3 year of previous experience in Advertising/Public Relations agencies or companies' Communication and Marketing Departments
- Excellent customer care abilities
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer literacy
- Strong knowledge of crisis management
