- Centralization of office building market information such as new
office buildings, rent prices, possible tenants, etc
- Contact with possible tenants, in order to keep them updated
regarding the progress of our construction works, as well as the development stage of the new projects.
- Coordination with the actual tenants in order to fulfill their
requests
- Negotiation with possible tenants, discussing terms and
conditions of the contracts in order to conclude new rent contracts
- Concludes the marketing strategy, prepares the marketing
materials and the advertising plan for the buildings.
- University degree
- Fluent in English (German would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Good computer knowledge
- Experience as real estate broker
