Qualia is currently looking for a MARKETING SPECIALIST for our client - a prestigious Non-Banking Financial Institution specialized in mortgage loans.
Responsibilities:
Proposes communication plans for launching new products, promote the existing products and services, promote company’s image, promote special offers function of local market profile or targeted market segment;
Coordinates implementation and follow-up of the advertising campaigns – local and national;
Responsible for the uniform conception and graphic representation of the promotional materials Selects and organizes the company’s presence to the most appropriate fairs
Responsible with the Corporate web site: up-date and modify for the content and design.
Market research – qualitative & quantitative;
Gives proposals regarding market studies;
Works with PR agencies;
Is involved in creating PR strategies;
Organizes events;
Maintains the relationship with mass media.
University graduation;
Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar positions in the banking, insurance or advertising industry;
Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
PC Skills: Microsoft Office;
Very good communicational skills;
Good understanding of the business processes, of the market and of the consumer’s behavior;
Knowledge of the Romanian media market is a plus;
Capacity of rapid decision making and taking responsibility, oriented towards solving problems;
Team player, proactive attitude, oriented towards results, organized, analytical thinking;
Literate in graphic and web software is a plus.
