RESPONSABILITATI

• Dezvolta si implementeaza bugetul de marketing pe canalele de vanzare si pe liniile de produse pe care le gestioneaza;
• creeeaza campaniile de marketing;
• implementeaza, urmareste si realizeaza follow-up-ul pentru campaniile de marketing;
• negocieaza bugetele de marketing cu furnizorii;
• urmareste implementarea mix-ului de marketing pe liniile de produse gestionate;
• Monitorizarea pietei: tendinte, competitie, produse.


CERINTE

• Studii superioare (ASE sau UPB); profilele Electric/Comunicatii reprezinta un avantaj;
• Minim 2 ani experienta in vanzari sau marketing;
• Experienta in generarea, implementarea si evaluarea activitatii de stimulare a vanzarilor;
• Experienta anterioara in domeniul IT poate constitui avantaj;
• Capacitate de analiza si interpretare date;
• Cunostinte de previzionare, planificare profesionala si despre piata IT;
• Limba engleza– nivel avansat;
• Abilitati de comunicare foarte dezvoltate, usurinta in initierea si sustinerea relatiilor interpersonale;
• Abilitati de lucru in echipa;
• Creativitate si capacitate de a inova;
• Atitudine proactiva, pozitiva si dinamism;
• Meticulozitate, organizare, atentie la detalii.

Starting the business in 1991 with a team of 5 enthusiastic people, Tornado now employs over 200 professionals specialized in different fields of marketing, sales, technical support and logistics. Even at its inception, the company structured itself so as to effectively respond to market demands. Two objectives had to be met: setting up a well organized distribution system throughout Romania and Bulgaria with the capability to expand while concentrating on network design and project implementation, providing consultation and training in the computer networking industry.
