On behalf of our client - a leading multinational outsourcing and consultancy company - we are searching for a MARKETING SPECIALIST.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall development and execution of local image and recruitment, marketing strategies and associated programs;
- Develop and implement, the marketing plan (with a special focus on media relations);
- Manage day to day marketing and communications activities and budget in local image, and deployed programs delivery;
- Manage and administer participation in conferences and other events;
- Prepare brochures, case studies and other external information;
- Prepare and update local company website;
- Manage local supplier relationships (external consultants, PR agencies, etc.);
- Contribute to reinforce companies positioning on the labour market, particularly towards graduates, university institutions and the net economy community;
- Define the strategies and the annual Marketing Recruiting plan;
- Create and promote innovative projects/materials in cooperation with HR Department, on time and on budget, in line with the defined strategies;
- Monitor the market through annual analysis.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Minimum 4 years experience in similar role;
- Background in Marketing & Communications, Public Relations, and/or business development; roles, with a preference in consulting, IT and services sectors;
- Excellent English language skills (spoken, written);
- Task oriented, commitment, problem solving.
