RESPONSABILITATI

Implementation of mechanics to support end-customer online direct sales in key markets
Product revenue growth for trial and renewal activities across channels: email, IPM, website
Briefing: gather all necessary briefing requirements, summarize and verify fit from a customer perspective
Evaluate new project from a business value perspective (revenue estimation and ROI calculation)
Identify A/B split potential in order to steadily increase efficiency of communication channels (e.g. optimization of life cycle communication)
Create and deliver a reliable marketing plan and ensure stakeholder commitment
Analysis of customer product usage, customer conversion, customer retention and customer feedback; deduction of optimization scenarios
Holistic pricing strategy within segment; ensuring performance optimization regarding markets and competitors
With a clear focus on our premium consumer segment, the segment manager B2C will play a vital role within our global marketing organization. Being responsible for conversion of consumers to premium products as well as the continuous increase of the customer lifetime value, the right candidate will continuously strive to increase customer loyalty, utilizing our overall product portfolio, while ensuring our brand promises are kept.

We are looking for best in class marketing practioners, who have a proven track record of making a significant business impact, along with diverse experience and strong academics (Bachelor degree or post-graduate).

Ideally, you will have previous working experience in managing multiple, simultaneous projects in online-marketing or have successfully driven consumer campaigns. You will have a proven track-record for performance optimization with having successfully implemented A/B split scenarios and learning. Experience in working with email-marketing, CMS or other direct communication tools is a plus as well as experience in performance marketing/reach channels such as SEM, SEO, affiliate or display.

Our ideal candidate has an absolute “can do”, problem solving attitude, very good analytical skills, is creative with an entrepreneurial mindset and self- drive, has excellent communication skills in order to work efficiently across organizational interfaces and is able to communicate and define clear & effective requirements.
