RESPONSABILITATI

• Manage all aspects of the marketing research mix for the brands/projects;
• Manage the collection, analyzing, interpretation and documentation of information on individuals (entities, BUs) and corporate in support Impact development activities;
• Provides marketing and sales management with sound market and product assessment data for planning of new projects/products/services, revitalization of older projects/products/services, integration of products and services;
• Act as liaison between marketing team and research agencies;
• Take a proactive role managing market information, quarterly reports update, present findings at strategy meetings;
• Works with marketing and business management to identify information needs;
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitors and their brands;
• Monitor brand performance against targets;
• Monitor sales and update brand research history on an annual basis;
• Identify trade and/or market segments where the trading position could be improved. Make relevant proposals to ensure that all opportunities are exploited short term and relations are developed longer term;
• Identify and exploit opportunities to introduce relevant research;
• Supervise the design, implementation and reporting of all market research projects by outside agencies to ensure adherence to budget and compliance with project specifications;
• Maintain and manage all existing relationship with Research Agencies;
• Supervises a team of market research analysts through recruitment, performance evaluation and motivation;
• Interprets research findings and compiles recommendations for marketing and sales management


CERINTE

• University degree (preferable economical)
• Expertise: min. 3 years in marketing research
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), dedicated programs for market researches
• Language: English – fluent
• Exceptional communication; writing and editing abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• General and personnel management skills
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in locating and synthesizing material from multiple sources
• Ability to interpret, analyze and summarize complex business data
• High degree of organization and initiative
• Ability to handle deadlines and changes priorities with good judgment
• Well developed sense of curiosity, ingenuity and perseverance
• Complete respect for confidentiality
• Strong team player
• Ability to work both on an individual basis and as a member of a team
• Easier understanding of consumers lifestyle and insights
• Both creative and analytical skills
