Qualia is currently looking for a MARKETING REAL ESTATE PROGRAMS MANAGER for our client - a prestigious Non-Banking Financial Institution specialized in mortgage loans.
Responsibilities:
Develops attractive and incentive programs for real estate agencies and residential developers;
Develops and maintains real estate affiliates programs;
Proposes and implements financial incentive schemes;
Develops loyalty programs;
Develops new products;
Builds relationships with entrepreneurs;
Cooperates with other credit providers if necessary.
University graduation;
Minimum 3-4 years experience in similar positions in the banking or real estate industry;
Very good communicational skills;
Team player, proactive attitude, oriented towards results, organized, analytical thinking; Very good understanding of the business processes, of the market and of the consumer’s behavior;
Capacity of rapid decision making and taking responsibility, oriented towards solving problems;
Knowledge of the Romanian media market is a plus;
Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
PC Skills: Microsoft Office.
