- According to Sales & Marketing manager guidelines helps execute the marketing strategy:
- Analyze and monitor sales result per product/client/region via mgt reports: sales x volume x margin x profit - comparison actual x budget
- Ensure achievement of targets per product
-Execute and analyze the market and consumer research qualitative and quantitative
- Monitor market evolution, competition developments, consumer needs as to find market trends and opportunities
- Converts research findings, in line with the marketing strategy, into agency briefs.
- Day-to-day management of the Research, Advertising, PR -Media agencies.
- Identifies promotional opportunities.
- Works with Key Account & Distribution coordinators to develop trade promotions/promotional material.
- Update & day-to-day management of the marketing budget
- Manages the corporate communication of the company.
- New product developments: product mix, follow-up development of packaging, coordinate the project among all dept involved (production, purchase, logistics)
- University degree;
- 5 years experience in FMCG Companies or account manager in Adv agencies;
- Enthusiastic and Diplomatic;
- Communication skills;
- Sistemic view;
- Analytic and sinthesis capacity;
- PC- very good level;
- English - very good level;
- Very attractive package
