Qualia is currently looking for a MARKETING & PR COORDINATOR for it's client - a multinational real-estate company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the marketing strategy in compliance with company’s policy;
- Proposes communication plans, promote the existing products and services, promote company’s image;
- Develop and implement, the marketing plan;
- Manage and control marketing budget;
- Manage day to day marketing and communications activities;
- Involved in creating PR strategies;
- Responsible for the uniform conception and graphic representation of the promotional materials; Selects and organizes the company’s presence to the most appropriate fairs;
- Market research – gives proposals regarding market studies;
- Organizes events, presentations, etc;
- Maintains the relationship with mass media.
Requirements:
- University graduation;
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar positions (previous experience in the real-estate / development / services field is a plus);
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- PC Skills: Microsoft Office;
- Very good communicational skills;
- Good understanding of the business processes, of the market and of the consumer’s behavior;
- Knowledge of the Romanian media market is a plus;
- Capacity of rapid decision making and taking responsibility, oriented towards solving problems;
- Team player, proactive attitude, oriented towards results, organized, analytical thinking.
