- University degree, preferably SNSPA – Mass-media and Advertising/ Communication, Public Relations or Marketing;
- Al least 3 years experience in advertising, preferably in specific agencies;
- Experience in coordination of integrated communication campaigns and conceiving / adaptation of specific material;
- DTP, graphics and design knowledge (preferably familiar with Macintosh and Adobe Creative Suite software);
- Knowledge and good understanding of the banking products and services;
- Easiness in conceiving and writing texts aiming the presentation of products;
- Practice of monitoring the relationship with the suppliers (printing, advertising and production entities);
- Fluent English, both spoken and written;
- Detail-oriented person;
- Ability to assume and work simultaneously on multiple projects also reaching the set deadlines;
- Translation and interpretation of commercial material (Romanian-English and English-Romanian) should be easy for the nominee;
- Proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic person, with very good communication, team orientation and interpersonal relating skills as well.
