- Responsible for planning, directing, and implementing the Casino Marketing Services, overseeing Customer Service, Casino Service and VIP Services
- Establishes objectives, plans strategies, and works with Managers to develop tactics in support of the plans
- Prepare annual Casino Marketing Services budgets
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in a Casino Marketing department environment with emphasis on overall variety of management background in special events, casino promotions, sports marketing and casino marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business or tourism is desirable and preferred.
- Excellent written, oral communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle difficult customer situations
