Our client is a multinational company, which act in the multi-brand shoes sales field. Our Client's history is a story of constant development. In Romania , the company supply over 1000 products / season for 25 different brands through over then 30 shops .
Starting with April/May 2011 the company need a new MARKETING MANAGER, who will be in charge with Romanian BTL and ATL campaigns under the directly coordination of head quarter marketing department.
The main responsibilities are:
- Identify major competitors, trends and developmental opportunities
- Developing and implementing the local Marketing & Communication strategy
- Create an interface between Sales and Purchasing Management Department in order to grow up the sales results
- Offer support for the Sales team
- Customer relationship management
- Managing corporate branding through advertising, conferences, trade shows and other events
- Managing the relationship with the headquarter of the company as well as with different outsourcing agencies
- Create and adjust specific documentation (brochures, leaflets, catalogues, etc.)
- Marketing research activities in order to improve the activity
- Prepare and coordinate special events, product launches, fairs, exhibitions, technical conferences
- Prepare different report and graphics.
- Minimum 3 years experience in marketing
- University graduated, preferably Marketing or ASE
- Very good communication skills in English;
- Proficient in PC- MS Office: Excel is compulsory; Adobe, CorelDraw,
- Dynamic, open, proactive, communicative, multitasked
- Good track record in managing relationship with customers
- Reliable persons, determined and ambitious
- Willing to develop and learn new things
