Position Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the image of the company, representing the company¿s profile/business/properties to potential investors, networking with real estate agencies and media community. The position reports to CFO and CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and preparing communication and marketing materials: press communicates or press articles, catalogues, leaflets, business cards, banners, promotional personalized objects, congratulation or welcome letters, different standard documents specific to the Company¿s services etc; supervising their production;
- Identifying advertising agencies, initiating and maintaing a professional relationship between the Company and the agencies, supervising the way the orders are accomplished;
- Preparing and organizing public events addressed to customers / suppliers;
- Representing the company on the occasion of specific public events and marketing fairs;
- Designing the corporate ID;
- Competition analysis; preparing and conducting market studies;
- Preparing and supervising marketing department procedures;
- Taking part into creation and updating of the Company¿s web page;
- Looks for continuous improvement of professional skills and keeps up-to-date on information and technology affecting functional areas to increase innovation and ensure compliance;
- Participates in Coordination Meetings and support all managerial decisions;
- Preparing reports required by the Company¿s management.
- University degree (marketing background);
- At least 4 years experience in a similar position;
- Experience in the real estate / constructions field would be preferable;
- Excellent understating of the real estate market;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate adequate responsibilities;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;
- Tact, good judgment, creative problem solving and thinking;
- English proficiency;
- Computer literacy.
