On behalf of our client, a lider of the Romanian services market, we are looking for a Marketing Manager whose key responsibilities include:
- Identify, improve, develop and evaluate Marketing Strategy.
- Develop, implement and facilitate the annual Marketing Plan.
- Support and facilitate development and implementation of section Business Plan.
- Evaluate the firm s Marketing environment both internal (Romanian) and international.
- Define, measure, analyze and control the market segments.
- Determine the best competitor or functional filed leader, adapt and implement leading practices to achieve superior performance Benchmarking
- Plan and administer the firm s Marketing Operations budget. Participate to Master Budget finalization. Accomplish the cost calculation for every marketing event.
- Organize and implement client relations including:
1. client satisfaction surveys Value analysis
2. client development activities Product Function analysis
3. developing KPI s to evaluate and monitor the client behavior.
- Permanently improve and monitor the Brands Platforms.
- Conceive and permanently improve the Quality Function Deployment for services.
- Oversee firm s electronic Marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.
- Oversee corporate communications activities including:
1. external communications and systems
2. internal communications and systems
3. public relations efforts
4. international vendors and promoters.
- Conceive, develop and administer the Marketing information system.
- Coordinate and evaluate the Marketing department team.
- Continuously improve the business processes for Marketing.
- Bachelor and Master degree in Marketing, Business or Communication required.
- At least 5 years experience in marketing coordinator role within professional services environment.
- A proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program.
- Knowledge of the 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Activity Based Costing, Balanced Scorecard would be a big advantage.
- Very good knowledge of English. Any other language is a big plus.
- Advanced PC knowledge.
- Strong leadership and consensus building skills.
- Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well at all levels in the organization or outdoors.
- Very good communication and negotiations skills.
- Strong commitment, outstanding work ethic and high energy.
- Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess top level business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
