- Develop segment and channel specific strategies for achieving revenue, profit, and market share objectives;
- Coordinate local marketing team and outside vendors and agencies to successfully deliver on marketing and business objectives;
- Manage the marketing mix to optimize campaign and program ROI;
- Offer all necessary support to the Consumer and Channel Managers in order to reach business objectives;
- Manage the company’s brand identity on the Romanian market;
- Ensure that leads from marketing campaigns are properly collected, categorized by campaign type and ID, imported into the company’s CRM system, and tracked to determine campaign ROI;
- Communicate and coordinate marketing plans and activities with the marketing team and other teams;
- Create and maintain a marketing calendar and communicate the contents to management team.
- University degree, MBA a plus but not required;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Fluent English;
- Ability to analyze data, to synthesize effective strategies and execute tactical plans.
