- Develops the marketing strategy in compliance with corporate policy,
- Specifies the marketing plan in volumes, turnovers, and budgets for subordinate department managers,
- Defines guidelines and priorities,
- Directs the marketing activities within the Business, units or product lines and within geographic areas,
- Controls the progress and quality of performance,
- Directs, organizes and co-ordinates overall working of the marketing departments,
- Prepares departmental budgets and sets targets,
- Directs research of market conditions in local, regional or national areas to determine potential sales of the company¿s products or services,
- Identifies major competitors, potential customers, trends, and developmental opportunities,
- Reports on the progress and results,
- Creates and formulates new concepts and solutions of complex marketing problems.
- 3-5 years experience on a similar position in multinational construction materials companies,
- University Degree.
- English is a must.
- Complex knowledge of marketing tools.
- High degree of decision-making and independence.
