For one of our clients, a multinational Company, specialized in mortgage loans, we are looking for the Marketing Manager role.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing and implementing the marketing strategy;
- Performing market analysis and defining marketing objectives design;
- Organize and manage internal and external communication;
- PR and advertising;
- Business and product initiatives;
- Brand management;
- Mortgage market intelligence;
- Manage and control marketing budget.
- Working with sales department and monitoring the performance of sales force;
- Performing competition analysis and identifying changes in the market;
- Creating and managing electronic marketing campaigns;
- Developing plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations.
- University degree – in Economic, International Trade and Marketing;
- Dynamic person who can work independently;
- Strong personality;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience in retail sales oriented organization (experience in financial sector services is a plus). Preference is for the experience in insurance industry background;
- Experience in advertising and communication;
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
