Develops and delivers innovative marketing strategy and plans in order to ensure a sustainable growth of the company;
Works closely with the management and the sales department to define positioning, sales strategy, pricing, distribution and promotion of the products;
Communicates the marketing strategy across the organisation to ensure deep understanding and to get commitment and enthusiasm from the employees;
Sets effective and efficient marketing intelligence processes to understand and monitor market evolution;
Ensures that the quality of all marketing services and expertise in the market meet the growing business needs, through continuous marketing process improvements and identification of business opportunities;
Drives the marketing strategy implementation, monitors its evolution and rewards the success;
Develops excellent internal communication systems;
Facilitates cross-functional cooperation;
Leads and develops the marketing team.
University degree;
Professional-level marketing experience and knowledge;
Modern people management perspective;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Creativity and initiative;
Fluency in English.
Working in an entrepreneurial business environment, with emphasis on people involvement;
Performance - driven and competitive package;
International exposure.
