- Recording and maintaining clients contact data
- Providing support and product/service presentations in order to help maintain and increase the cooperation with the clients
- Monitoring the market and competition activity in project business
- Making periodical reports about activity and future plans for the sales and promotion activity
- Participating to the exhibitions
- Ensuring the communication between the headquarters and the distributors
- Informing distributors and End-users about the new company products and promotions
- Marketing material: catalogues, brochures, Pricelists, Press releases, Home page development, internet communication and other relevant form of communication
- Providing administrative support
- University graduation;
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar positions;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Capacity of rapid decision making and taking responsibility, oriented towards solving problems;
- Team player, proactive attitude, oriented towards results, organized, analytical thinking;
- Willing to do a variety of tasks with short notice to meet last minute changes and pay close attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Enthusiasm, stress resistance and initiative
