RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordination:
- Assists in the development of annual marketing plans, budget and media strategies.
- Develops and assists in supervising the advertising and media agencies.
- Coordinates and assists the training for LSM coordinators and Hostess leads.
- Maintains and strengthens the company’s brand position (market share, preference, business results) in Romania.
- Provides advice and guidance in all marketing areas to ensure continued growth and protection of Market Share.
- Assists in developing and producing, when appropriate, advertising materials such as outdoor, POP, TV, etc.
- Conducts and assists and follow up research as necessary to asses effectiveness of marketing/adverting programs, on going or when required by the course of business.
- Assist in developing programs to aid in sales development based on analysis of factual information.
- Maintain contact with other company’s marketing employees to exchange ideas, from the Romanian Department as well as European and beyond.
- Assists in planning and implementation of marketing related activities for new restaurant openings.
- Assists in maintaining and support the corporate marketing policies and procedures.
- Performs all other Marketing Support functions as assigned by Management.
- Supports the Marketing Director/Manager and actively participates in plans/goals and establishing them.
Process Management
- Assists the process for development, execution and evaluation of local advertising and media plans.
- Supports the Marketing Director/Manager in the process for development and execution of local creative (TV, radio, outdoor, print, and restaurant merchandising, etc.) in accordance with the creative process and creative standards.
- Supports the Marketing Director/Manager in the process for development and execution targeted marketing plans in order to reach important customer segments.
- Assists the Marketing Manager in the process and support of any LSM staff to promote/execute local store marketing as a resource to grow local sales.
- Assists the Marketing Manager in the communication/process for merchandising execution and actively takes part in the Info letter (Agency) and Weekly Newsletter.
- Ensures the proper use of the company’s trademarks, logos, producer’s licenses, and makes sure all advertising materials have legal and creative approval.
- Manage projects as assigned within the marketing dept.
- Ensures as needed the interface with supply chain, communications and other departments.

Requirements:
The candidate will have a university degree in Marketing, Journalism. Additional trainings and certificates will be considered an asset.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in marketing relates fields.
