RESPONSABILITATI

Coordinates firm's marketing activity utilizing professional marketing skills. Facilitates client development marketing and client service programs.

Supports the office's business development efforts including:
¿ Researching and gathering information, as directed by marketing manager, on prospect firms and business sectors.
¿ Assisting the marketing manager in preparing proposals, prospect and client capabilities presentations;
¿ Assist the marketing manager as necessary in designing comprehensive strategic marketing plans for the office and its practice areas.

Assists the Director of Marketing in the provision of marketing services to the office including:
¿ Supervising the office's submissions to the firm marketing database (using the Microsoft Acces ) including list management, data quality control and list utilization.
¿ Coordinating the flow of information from the office to other marketing staff, including managers biographies, practice area descriptions, news and activities data.
¿ Managing the local office marketing budget.
¿ Maintaining and utilizing local inventory of Marketing materials (ie. brochures, folders, promotional items).
¿ Working with Communications Manager in communicating firm policies, managing programs and organizing events.
¿ Assisting in designing, implementing, collating and reporting surveys to further the firm's understanding of clients, prospects and market forces (ie. client satisfaction surveys, market analysis, public opinion, focus groups).
¿ Other duties as assigned.


CERINTE

Education:
College degree required. Major in Marketing or Business preferred.

Experience:
Minimum three years in marketing position(s), professional services or marketing research experience preferred. Also, real estate marketing experience could be an advantage.

Required skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in romanian and english; database and PC knowledge; research and reporting skills.

Special Skills:
Must be self-motivated and independent, well-organized, able to work with a minimum of supervision and to work well with staff. Well-developed presentation and interpersonal skills required. Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and more and Office XP Suite.
