RESPONSABILITATI

- Involved in designing the marketing strategy according with the corporate strategy and overall company objectives;
- Creating and executing the overall communication policy: brand development and positioning, advertising campaigns, media coverage, etc.;
- Coordinating and improving the corporate internet presence (web-site, advertising);
- Implementing marketing tools (advertising campaigns, community events, PR events) that contributes to building awareness and supports the sales activities impact for the entire network;
- Providing timely and accurate feedback and reports: weekly, monthly reports, communication with management;
- Designing presentation brochures for real estate properties;
- Designing company's marketing materials: corporate ads, banners, cards, services brochures;
- Managing the Marketing department budget and participate to the budgeting activity.


CERINTE

- Minimum 2 years in a marketing strategy and execution role;
- Sound marketing analysis, planning & implementation skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Natural relationship builder with proven PR abilities
- PC skills: proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign/ Illustrator, Autocad);
- Creative, innovative, communicative, enthusiastic and dynamic;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Intelligent, with ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.
