- Assure the implementation of the marketing objectives;
- Implement marketing research, media buying, display and promotional activities to successfully implement changes;
- Work with ad agencies, editors, printers, art directors and audio-video studios;
- Design promotional programs;
- Create BTL concepts;
- Review and analyze data, prepare clear and concise reports, recommendations;
- Develop creative methods of generating ideas inside the company and in relation with external environment (ad agencies, media buyers, companies);
- Provide information to support management decision-making process;
- Active in formulation and implementation of marketing policy;
- Coordinate promotional campaigns for new products;
- Analyze the impact of promotional campaigns, SWOT analyses and recommendations;
- Keep a good relationship with the company¿s journalists;
- Keep all the agenda of the Marketing Director;
- Assure the best conditions inside for the meetings;
- Prepare and distribute fact sheets, news releases, electronic mail, photographs, video / audio recordings to media and actual and potential external business partners;
- Plan and implement direct development and communication of information designed to keep public and media informed about the company¿s objectives, accomplishments or point of view.
- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar job;
- High degree of flexibility is required; he/she will have to perform a variety of tasks;
- Good level of English;
- PC Skills;
- Capacity to assimilate and quickly process information and to adapt for special situations;
- Capability to analyze the specific data and identify the critical success factors and issues for the business;
- Organized person, able to establish and work by priorities.
