MARKETING ASSISTANT

The ideal candidate for the Assistant to Marketing Manager position should have:

- Proven track in organizing, coordinating, selling and promoting real estate projects - minimum 3 years
- Proven experience in selling / promoting residential, office, commercial projects would be an asset
- Very good knowledge of the Bucharest and Romanian real estate market
- Excellent negotioan and communication skills
analytical spirit, seeking and evaluating opportunities in real estate market.
relevant experience in collaborating with real estate companies , evaluators, architects, survey experts, land book, administration, etc.
- Excellent command of English and very good computer skills (Microsoft Office package)
long term collaboration , developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase existing business .
- University degree.
- At least one year experience in a similar position, dealing with admistrative tasks, organizing the office, maintaning relations with the suppliers.
- Communication skills, proactive, flexible dinamic and very responsible person.
