Job Scope :
- To monitor and follow up the marketing budget
- To provide various reports for the marketing team/marketing director
- To coordinate under supervision some specific projects
- To provide administrative support to the marketing team
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor all spending of the marketing department
- Acts as contact with Trade marketing for specific presentations
- Weekly/ monthly updates of the brand chart
- Monitor and organize trademark registrations
Education :
- University degree
Working Experience :
- 1 year previous experience, preferably on an Assistant Manager/ or related position
Skills & Competencies:
- Organized, able to manage priorities
- Effective in working with others, both inside and outside the organization
- Resilient, flexible with very good interpersonal skills
- Numerical skills – able to handle and understand numerical data
- Quality/ details oriented, able to centralize and provide accurate data
PC skills:
- MS Office package
Languages :
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
