The Marketing Assistant works for the Marketing Department, providing a wide area of administrative support and may also lead specific projects. 3 new openings in Bucharest! Expected starting date: ASAP.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
- delivering in time Purchase requisitions while keeping the exception rate in line with the management requirements;
- following up to place the Purchase Orders for services, in order to have the services and value offers delivered on time·
- updating quarterly the plans with the latest media actuals from our software, checking that the figures are in line with the plan and updating the team on inconsistencies.
- posting documents on our software tool, checking for correction and following up on approvals in due time for a good implementation of the projects.
- coding invoices outside Purchasing application, solving issues related to unclear invoices.
- helping with budget tracking, creating different reports for each brand and working with different applications.
- is the recruiting resource for the Marketing department (scheduling interviews, keeping contact with candidates).
May lead specific brand/initiative projects delegated by the Associate Marketing Director.
- Initiative and follow through, proactiveness, anticipation and outstanding execution;
- Working effectively with others, social intelligence, ability to handle conflicts and pressures, calmly and firmly;
- Ability in outstanding organization (trips, meetings, events);
