- To support the Marketing & Communication Department in executing Marketing Communication Strategy;
- Support marketing and sales in production of all marketing communication;
- Work with the Marketing Communication Coordinator to ensure that all campaign projects are delivered to schedule and within budget;
- Attend project meetings with selected external suppliers;
- As and when required attend cross functional meetings within the company to ensure the smooth management of communication campaigns;
- Offer support in developing the intranet site;
- Support in coordination and management of social events and activities;
- Support in producing and management internal communication’s newsletter and/or magazine.

- Marketing, advertising and business qualifications;
- Two plus years of marketing communication experience;
- Good project management skills with strong attention to detail;
- Self-motivated;
- Good team worker;
- Excellent cross functional communication skills;
- Outgoing people person, creative and energetic;
- Very good level of English (written and spoken) and French will be a plus;
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
