Our client, a real estate investment and development company that focuses on residential and commercial real estate opportunities in Eastern and Central Europe is looking for an Assistant to Marketing Manager.
- University degree in marketing or related field.
- At least one year experience in a similar position, dealing with admistrative tasks, organizing the office, maintaning relations with the suppliers.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Communication skills, proactive, creative,dinamic and very responsible person.
The right candidate should have:
- proven track in organizing , coordinating, and promoting real estate projects.
- very good knowledge of the Bucharest and Romanian real estate market
- excellent negotiation and communication skills
- analytical spirit, seeking and evaluating opportunities in real estate market.
- experience in collaborating with real estate companies , evaluators, architects, survey experts, land book, administration, etc.
- excellent command of English and very good computer skills (Microsoft Office package)
- long term collaboration , developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase existing business.
