The Market Strategy and Planning Assistant utilizes analytical, creative and administrative expertise to enable the organization to deliver the sales target and stretch goals.
He/she will provide support to build the business, creates organizational capacity and maximize resources. The role is a key communication link internally and externally.
Key responsibilities: - General office support to the team;
- Pulling reports from P&G systems;
- Basic data analysis (excel), presentation preparation (ppt);
- Organize business trips;
- Manage briefings, contacts and co-operation with local agencies;
- Support during Initiatives: coordination of providing samples to Key Account Managers, providing high-resolution pictures for featuring, ensuring Point Of Sale Materials are delivered in store;
- Designing, maintaining and updating of key business monthly & annual tracking reports and market shares ;
- Search and proposing solutions of doing things more effectively for him/herself and others;
- Develop personal capability and coach others in your area(s) of expertise to develop their knowledge and skills as well;

- College (3 years) degree completed, or University degree in progress. Students are also accepted, but keep in mind this is a full time position.
- Ability to communicate and work well with others;
- Personal management and organization;
- Discipline and attention to details;
- PC Skills (Windows, Office, Internet) and very good English knowledge.
