On behalf of our client, the Romanian subsidiary of Danfoss ¿ one of the largest industrial companies in Denmark we are looking for professional and serious persons for the position of Market Manager (Electrical Floor Heating).

The global group is a leader within research, development and production, sales and service of mechanical and electronic components for several industries. Danfoss¿ activities are divided into three main business areas: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Heating & Water and Motion Controls, each leading within its industry.


Responsibilities:

Main task is to ensure sales of electrical heating systems/products through existing sales channels and handle daily support (technical, commercial, logistical). Included is being very active in the market having meetings with major decision makers, making seminars/trainings, participating in exhibitions etc.
Secondly focus is to adjust and optimize present partner/sales structure.

¿Planning and implementing the sales of electrical floor heating (FH-E - Floor Heating ¿ Electric) systems in the market ¿ including the searching of new sales channels/partners/customers;
¿Servicing and supporting existing and new partners/customers in the market in cooperation with the FH-E (Floor Heating ¿ Electric) organization;
¿Increase the knowledge of FH-E (Floor Heating ¿ Electric) systems in the market to all parts in the distribution/sales network by planning, implementing and coordination of marketing activities on the national level with the partners: exhibitions, meetings, seminars, advertising, direct mails, POS material;
¿Ensure the existing agreements are fulfilled and updated, also in relation to adjustments of prices and commercial terms;
¿Act as internal sparring partner on matters related to the partners/customers. E.g. marketing, approvals, strategies;
¿Build up the sales network in the market according to the overall company and region strategy;
¿Support all FH-E brands ¿ today DEVI and Danfoss;
¿Prevent possible channel conflicts;
¿Implement and coordination of the planned activities;
¿Ensure market intelligence information. E.g. competitor, economical, political situation;
¿Ensure payment conditions to FH-E are fulfilled;


CERINTE

oBusiness graduate or similar higher education.
oProficient in English (written and oral).
oMinimum 2-3 years sales experience: preferably from the building industry or electrical branch
oSales experience from one or more of the following areas preferred: product/system sales, project sales, whole sales experience, Key Account Management/Partnership structure, D.I.Y. chains
oCommercial minded, responsible, independent, self going.
oStrong personal drive
oService minded, empathy skills, trustworthy
oStrong in making contacts, relationships;
oGood analytic skills, strategic overview.
