As a Market Data Analyst, you will work closely with the company's channels to ensure market requirements are supported.
You will be responsible for building and tracking project plans that support strategic divisional initiatives and oversee the issue resolution and escalation process for those projects.
The Market Data Analyst will also lead various types of financial and market analysis that will identify and recommend new growth strategies and market opportunities for the company to pursue, as well as create marketing tools and resources to support regional sales initiatives.
Additionally, this person will provide actionable consumer and market insights that will assist the company's strategic planning process.
The essential functions of the job include:
Build customer and marketing insights and predictive modelling to better understand consumer behaviour and market growth that assists the company EMEA’s strategic planning process.
Create market analysis for:
company's key and emerging countries for senior leadership and the board of directors
support new product and service offerings to ensure key market requirements are met
support EMEA portfolio team to build business cases to support regional requirements
build supporting data for EMEA leadership to recommend growth strategies within new and existing markets
develop and maintain EMEA financial industry knowledgebase
consolidate market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales
develop and implement communication campaigns around strategic regional initiatives
creation of marketing tools and resources to support divisional business plans
The ideal Market Data Analyst has strategic marketing experience or business development background and excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
3 years of progressive experience in market analysis or business development
excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
proficient in data and market analysis
must have a successful record of results and demonstrate leadership qualities
must be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office Suite
financial industry or international business experience is a plus
