- Collect and analyse data to evaluate existing and potential service markets
- Identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales
- Perform market overviews
- Evaluate the demand and the offer for each segment of real estate market
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a sales analyst or a market researcher
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM Database experience
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to go into details without loosing the global view
