- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good managerial skills (planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, delegating and controlling)
- Good people skills
- Initiative, decisions making ability and persistence in carry them out
- Proactive, outgoing, open and honest nature, willing to learn
- Ability to work in high-stressed conditions
- Very good command of English language- both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Driving licence.

Ruukki is an international supplier of metal-based components, systems and integrated systems to the construction and mechanical engineering industries operating in 23 countries and employs 13,000
people of different nationalities. The company has a wide selection of metals products and services. The net sales in 2005 totalled EUR 3.7 billion.
Due to the strategy of the company focused on growth on Central and Eastern Europe, Ruukki will becomes a local manufacturer of metal-based construction materials in Romania in 2007 through his investment plan of EUR 35 million. The plant will be built in municipality of Giurgiu, about 20 km from Bucharest (near Bolintin Deal village) and will cover the metal-based production from profiling and steel frame to sandwich panels, roofing, cladding profiles and liner trays. According to this extraordinary expansion we are currently looking for the outstanding professionals to join our team covering a wide range of fields and positions for the following departments: SALES, MARKETING, FINANCE, HUMAN RESOURCES, MANUFACTURING, QUALITY, LOGISTICS, PURCHASING. The recruitment process will take from January to June 2007.
