- Engineering knowledge appreciated (5S, Kaisen, etc.)
- Experience in production planning and management
- Used to work in industrial environment with procedures and processes under control
- Knowledge of ISO 9000,
- lean manufacturing knowledge is an advantage
- People and Conflict Management skills apreciated
