You will provide leadership and creativity in the design , development and optimisation , and operation of manufacturing and the supporting processes
You will investtigate and solve complex production problems related to tooling, methods , processes,equipment , engineering specifications on parts ,assemblies , products ,etc
You will define , schedule and execute major product or facility improvement plans with little or no guidance.
You will consider the production forecast when making decisions which may have an impact on sales/ manufacturing activities
you will perform capacity analyses , to be used when justifying new equipment and processes
Yow will train and mentor other MEs engineers .
A Bachelor' s Degree in engineering field
3-5 years experience in an engineering supervisor role is preferred
Equivalent industry is highly desirable
Must be fluent in English
Proven leadership skills in defining problems and preparing clear , concise statements of objectives
Demonstrates a higher level of business understanding and operational knowledge
