You will provide leadership and creativity in design, developement, optimization and operation to manufacturing and the supporting process.
You will investigate and solve complex production problems relating to tooling, methods, process, equipment, engineering specifications on parts, assemblies, products, etc.
you will define, schedule and execut major product and facility improvments plants witg lettle ao no guidance.
You will consider the Production Forecast, when making decisions which may have an impact on sales/manufacturing activities.
You will perform capacity analyses, to be used when justifying new equipment or processec.
You will train and mentor other MEs engineers
A Banchelor's degree in Engineering field.
3-5 years experience in an engineering supervisor role is preferred.
Equivalent industry is highly desiderable.
Must be fluent in English.
Prove leadership skills in defining problems and preparing clear, concise statements of objectives.
Demonstrates higher level of business understanding and operational knowledge.
