-The accomplishment of the Company’s strategy and financial objectives
-Supervise and support the operations at the local level
-Constantly improving the key processes based on the best practices of the Group and on his/her previous experience
-Regular coordination with production management in Romania and operations in other production units of the Group
-Identify and seize the opportunities of strengthening the Company’s position in Romania – actively managing sales
-Establish and develop proper relations with local partners
-Minimum 5 years of management experience within management of a company or a department in a company within operations or sales
-Significant experience within technical sales or supply to municipalities and / or contractors in a related industry
-Business understanding and the ability to see the big picture (from the operational and financial point of view)
-Technical / operational / commercial university degree ideally combined with an MBA
-Analytical and planning skills
-Solid knowledge of financial issues
-Knowledge of integrated computer systems like SAP or similar
-Romanian language – native
-English language – fluent
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels (inside and outside the organization)
