RESPONSABILITATI

Your main accountabilities would be:

Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of the office in Romania
Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency
Recruit and manage staff for optimum performance
Attend the company strategy set up with higher international management and evaluate current business results and processes
Prepare and approve budget for the company and co-ordinate financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency
Organize and manage business meetings and take all important decisions regarding the office
Supervise directly the staff, set employees' goals and objectives, set relevant report system, monitor staff performance including performance reviews


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

Advanced knowledge of EU ETS
2 years experience in EU ETS market
Knowledge of project management
Knowledge of strategic planning
Knowledge of consulting operation rules
Knowledge of commercial mechanisms and rules
4 years commercial activity
4 years management experience
Proven successes in commercial activity and management
Master's degree or equivalent
Fluent English
Relevant software applications
Decision making, planning and organizing skills, problem analysis and problem solving skills
