MISSION: Developing the activity in Romania through identifying and exploiting new
business opportunities.
Nature of work/description of work: field (sales & presentations) and office work
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating new business;
-Identifying new business opportunities on the constructions and real-estate market, according to the development plans of the company;
- Direct and coordinate the business in Romania;
- Plans and coordinates the activity of investment projects;
-Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties;
- Review financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement;
- Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures;
- Determines staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes;
- Monitor the business to ensure efficiency and effectiveness while staying within budgetary limits;
- Propose, direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency;
- Coordinates real-estate investment projects: identifying and buying properties (selling, renting) at optimal conditions, negotiating material acquisition, verifying the legal situation of the properties and owners, obtaining documentations necessary for the development of building projects (authorizations, land measurements etc.), coordinating all following activities (real-estate marketing, feasibility studies, projects, research etc. );
- Designs market research studies regarding investment opportunities on real-estate and construction markets; proposes potential projects for the company.
PROFILE:
- Commercial & Project Development professional background – is a must;
- 5 years of experience in Project Development
- 3 years of proven experience in Business Development
STUDIES:
- University Graduate – Economic and/or Engineering
SKILLS:
- Excellent English
- Good knowledge of German – a plus
- Very good coordination and management skills
- Organized
- Good communicator and negotiator
