The Akzo Nobel Coatings SRL is seeking a candidate for a position specified below to its Bucharest seat:MANAGING DIRECTOR.
The candidate possesses:
¿ University/college degree, degree in technical sciences is an advantage
¿ At least 5 years working experience in the retail sector, a few years spent in the paint industry is an advantage
¿ Management experience
¿ Strong people management skills with experience in directing and managing staff of 50 employees at last
¿ Managerial competencies including sales, marketing, operations, finance
¿ Fluency in English, native in Romanian ¿ Additional CEE language is a plus
¿ Willigness to move and permanently work abroad
¿ Ability to provide, control and assess all relevant market and business data
¿ Contribution to the European organization by active teamwork on international projects
¿ Outstanding communication skills
¿ Result oriented view
¿ Ability to find solutions
¿ Positive attitude, team player experiences
