Managing Director – Romania based in Bucharest, for International Property investment business required to start as soon as possible.

This UK company provides Thought Leadership on purchasing investment property in and around the cities of Europe. In addition to the online publishing division, the company introduces investors to selected investments whilst they also manage and sell the properties to ensure maximum investment returns.
The set up includes offices in The UK, Spain and now Romania.
The team consists of Investment Brokers, a Marketing Team, Customer Services, a very strong Web Development Team – a European Property Financial Analyst team and there is also a team of journalists based throughout Europe who report on investment opportunities.
The business in Romania will be responsible for Property Management, Property Services – liaising with potential property sellers (agencies) – sourcing opportunities for overseas sales and organising business leads for investors.
A communications expert (that is able to foresee customer communications issues and restructure internal and editorial processes and people to prevent customer problems and deliver outstanding levels of service to our clients in terms of both process and customer perception)
Must be an excellent English speaker with strong account management and marketing skills.
Someone who can naturally use the telephone and email (ie written) to communicate internally and externally
A leader who has natural weight and an ability to lead by building influence (ie not a hierarchical General - but someone who can sit along side people and help them develop into being the best - and therefore a natural influencer).
Someone who can deliver to agreed timescales and has the ability to judge situations and report effectively on performance (internally and external perceptions) and understands spreadsheets
Someone who could lead the company in a couple of years time
Able to operate in and take the sting out of a customer or internally lead crisis
Must have an appreciation of the potential of technology (include the web) to develop services and the communications that surround those services
We would expect experience to include (some, if not all of ...)
- direct marketing or editorial roles
- customer service and service design roles
- business leadership
- experience of the property, financial service or High Net Worth Individual service industry
